Authorities in Jasper, Texas, were investigating Tuesday evening after the body of a young boy was discovered in a motel room, according to reports.

Theresa Balboa was arrested on evidence tampering charges after police discover a body believed to be missing 6-year-old Samuel Olson in a Texas motel.

'HE WOULD DIE FOR HIM' Samuel Olson's paternal grandmother has raced to her son's defense, insisting she knows he has nothing to do with the boy's disappearance. "Dalton is not a bad father and he would never harm that baby and loves him to death. He would die for him," Tonya Olson said. She also denied investigators claims the boy was last seen on April 30, claiming she held him in her arms on May 2. "Just to clear up that rumor that no one has seen Sam since April 30 is a lie. I just provided you guys with pictures with dates."

Samuel Olson was a 6-year-old Texas boy who was reported missing last week. His body is believed to have been found in a motel room about 130 miles from his home. Dad's girlfriend, Theresa Balboa, has been taken into custody, police said.
