"the new york times" reports federal prosecutors are conducting a criminal investigation into the company's data agreements with technology companies. according to the paper a grand jury subpoenaed information from at least two companies known for making smart phones and other devices. "the times" reports there are some 150 companies, including microsoft, yahoo! apple and samsung, that had agreements to access information from hundreds ...
