Sarah Townsend The not-for-profit housing provider has lodged a full planning application to build 16 affordable homes on Oldham Road, designed by architect Studio KMA. The development is the first of a pipeline of schemes that the architecture studio and Social Value Housing are planning, focussing on the specialist housing and supported living sector.
