Over 20 local Asian-owned businesses celebrated Asian American and Pacific Islander month on Saturday with a block party in the Bishop Arts District.

This fun Boston-based band began as rather bluegrass-oriented, but has moved in assorted other directions since then. They play Charlotte on Wednesday, and Asheville on Thursday.
