O NTARIO â Ontario voters overwhelmingly elected to recall Freddy Rodriguez from the Ontario City Council, according to the complete unofficial results of the City Councilor Recall Election released shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday night by Malheur County Clerk Gayle Trotter. ONTARIO Ontario City Councilor Freddy Rodriguez has five days to resign, justify why he shouldnât, or do nothing and wait for a special election for voters to decide on whether he should remain in office. Ontario City Recorder Tori Barnett provided an update to the newspaper Tuesday morning.
