Coldwater to purchase two blighted homes at tax sale The Daily Reporter Dan Corwin objected to the city of Coldwater spending $9,511 to purchase two dilapidated properties at a tax foreclosure sale, set for Aug. 19.  “Leave them or developers and contractors to flip," Corwin said.
