Eric Lavey and Dan Dockray of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty are representing the listing. The 320-acre estate includes a four-bedroom main house and a three-bedroom guesthouse for a total of over 11,500 square feet of space, designed by Cruise and completed in 1994. Constructed in native stone-and-cedar, the property features wood-beamed ceilings, wood-paneled walls and stone fireplaces.
