People go to the Minnesota State Fair for a variety of different reasons but one of the main things people go for is the delicious food. State Fair officials just released their top-earning food vendors from the 2021 Great Minnesota Get Together and to no one’s surprise, Sweet Martha was #1. You might be surprised to see how much money was made off of those chocolate chip cookies though. Read about that and the other top vendors below.

The three-year-old pacing filly Niki Hill, last year’s Dan Patch divisional champion, was a strong-finishing winner in her qualifier on Tuesday morning (May 10) at Harrah’s Philadelphia, with O'Brien and Dan Patch divisional champion Lyons Sentinel a rapidly-closing second in her first trip behind the starting gate this year in another qualifier.

When it came to the Saturday night (April 30) feature at The Meadowlands, track announcer Ken Warkentin said it best: “Charlie May came to play!”

A number of notable performers and divisonal champions were in action during the stacked qualifying session on Saturday (April 30) at The Meadowlands.
