The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for help locating a missing Washington teen.  Daniel Benoit, 18, was last seen Thursday night at his home in the 400 block of Martin Luther King Drive in Washington.  His mother is unsure what he was wearing when he left.  Anyone who has seen Benoit should call the sheriff's office at 337-948-6516 or Crime Stoppers at 337-948-8477.   OTTAWA -- This past weekend saw the biggest snowfall of the winter in the capital, and it wasn't just any kind of snow.
