The Nigeria Police Force is set to arraign trigger-happy police Inspector for allegedly shooting dead the traditional ruler of Oruku community in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State, Late Igwe Chidiebere Emmanuel Mbah and one of his collaborators after 32 months of murder.
