Lester Daniel Marroquin, 35, was found unresponsive around 4 p.m. Deputies and medical staff attempted life-saving measures but were unsuccessful, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office. Officials said no foul play is suspected and that Marroquin was alone in his cell at the time of death.
