Two Bloomsburg property owners cited
BLOOMSBURG — Town code enforcers cited Daniel Slotterback as owner of Bloom Properties for failing to comply with maintenance notices related to property conditions at 325 Penn St. Slotterback was fined a total of $75 plus costs on a pair of citations issued in December related to roofs, drainage and exterior walls, district court papers say.
