    MADISON, Wisconsin (WDJT) — Gov. Tony Evers announced Wednesday, Feb. 3, that he has granted another 37 pardons. The Governor’s Pardon Advisory Board heard from applicants virtually on Dec. 11, 2020, and again on Jan. 8, 2021. Applicants whom the Board recommended for pardon were forwarded to Gov. Evers for final consideration. Dec 24, 2020 Rochester Police have identified the officer who is recovering after being shot earlier this week as Bryan Sheridan, a 14-year veteran of the department. And they say four-time convicted violent felon James Hunter has been charged with multiple felonies for breaking into a building on Hague Street and firing at the officer when he arrived on the scene.
