Bougher Randy Wayne Bougher, 64, Cresson, passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at UPMC Altoona, after an arduous and courageous battle with COVID-19. He was born in Altoona, son of Harriet and Palmer Bougher. Randy was a devoted son, loving uncle, loyal brother and caring friend. He is survived by his brothers: Kenneth (Sandra) and Dennis (Cindy) Bougher; nieces: Danielle (Scott) Neely and Denise (Dan) Garcia of Altoona and Lori of Princeton, N.J.; and his great-nephew, Brandon of Pittsburgh.
