Dianne W. Nelson, 82, of Jamestown, died Monday, April 12, 2021, in UPMC Hamot. A lifelong Jamestown resident, she was born May 27, 1938, the daughter of the late Robert and Oleita Seeley White. Dianne was a 1956 graduate of Jamestown High School and later graduated from WCA Hospital School of Nursing. Her career as a nurse began at WCA Hospital and included work in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., before she returned to Jamestown to be closer to family and start one of her own in the late 1960s.
