Joseph A. Cook, 39, and Crystal L. Hunt, 34, were charged Feb. 24 with the Class 2 felony of unlawful possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. The cases were presented by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department, and were the result of “proactive police work on a traffic stop,” according to Capt.
