LEGAZPI CITY - A suspect in a rape case who is tagged as the No. 4 most wanted person in Aklan has been arrested in Masbate province, the Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO5) said on Tuesday. In a statement, Maj. Malu Calubaquib, PRO5 spokesperson, said operatives of the Bicol police and Aklan Provincial Police Office collared Danilo Tuling, 33, in Dimasalang town on Monday.
