KAJK holds self defence camp for women KAJK holds self defence camp for women Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Mar 17: Kickboxing Association J&K (KAJK) conducted one day women self defence and physical fitness programme at Indoor stadium Bhagwati Nagar, here today. About 100 women participated in this event. The event was conducted by joint secretary Irfan (Sher-e-Kashmir Awardee) and Danish Padha, technical director, whereas Jagpreet Kour, coach was also present during the camp. Trainer Sahil Sambyal delivered lecture on the technique of self defence while self defence trainer, Naresh Chander take theoretical and practical session of self defence. Municipal Commissioner Jammu Avny Lavasa graced the closing ceremony as chief guest, whereas Gourav Chopra was guest of honour.
