Winter Harbor Police Log Week of Feb. 18 WINTER HARBOR — Officer Philip Sargent responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Grindstone Court on Feb. 9. Sargent found that the vehicle in question belonged to a local resident who was out walking his dogs and no further action was taken. During Monday’s meeting, the Alpena Municipal Council voted 5-0 to remove the traffic light, which is blinking yellow and red, and utilize stop signs on both sides of Miller Street.
