Artists have until Sept. 1, 2021 to submit up to three pieces for only $30. The show runs from Oct. 1-Nov. 30. ENCINITAS —  People who love the historic La Paloma Theatre in downtown Encinitas are putting together a fund-raising concert Saturday to kickstart a campaign to bring the place back to its former glory. “It’s going to be a real long-term campaign to fix the place up,” said event organizer Danny Salzhandler of the 101 Artists Colony, mentioning that the concert will likely be the first of many.
