A long term trend that's disturbing? i would say the big disturbing trend is that this decline in the labor force wasn't just this month. it's been happening now for four or five years. if we had had the same labor force participation rate and the same kind of job creation over the last four years we normally have during a recovery, we would have about 4 million more jobs. that means every unemployed person in pennsylvania, ohio, indiana, and illinois would have a job today. so i still think the labor market is weak, much weaker than it should be. >> mohammed, jobs are coming back. they have b...
