Netflix has unveiled the first image of ‘1899,’ a new mystery series from ‘Dark’ creators Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar, which follows a group of immigrants traveling by ship from Europe to New York at the turn of the last century. The series will be shot entirely on a virtual production stage at Studio Babelsberg using new cutting-edge LED-Volume technology.
