A teenager has died following a disturbance in Kilwinning at the weekend, named by police as Daryll Wright, 19. At around 2.30am on Saturday, May 22, police received a report of disturbance in a lane at the rear of Ladyford Avenue. Emergency services attended and Daryll, of Coatbridge, was taken to Crosshouse hospital where he died on Monday, May 24.
