The notice of appeal was filed at the Court of Appeal in Putrajaya which was confirmed by Solicitor-General Datuk Abdul Razak Musa.

Harian Metro reported that the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri will have a meeting with muftis and legal experts nationwide to finalize a resolution on the issue of the word “Allah”.

KUALA LUMPUR (March 15): The government has filed an appeal against the High Court s decision to annul the ban on the use of the word “Allah” by non-Muslims.
Solicitor-General Datuk Abdul Razak Musa confirmed today that the notice of appeal was filed at the Court of Appeal on Friday (March 12).

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 19: The application by Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and the Government of Malaysia to strike out the originating summons by former Jasin parliamentary coordinator Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan against them for their action of advising the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in declaring the COVID-19 emergency will be heard on April 12.
Senior federal counsel Ahmad Hanir Hambaly said the application would be heard before High Court judge Datuk Seri Mariana Yahya.
