Leading Seaman Ian Austin NASSAU| The Royal Bahamas Defence Force extends sincerest condolences to the family of the late Leading Seaman Ian Quintus Austin, who passed away on 4 January 2021. Austin enlisted in the Royal Bahamas Defence Force as a member of New Entry 25 on the 4th September 1989. After completing initial training at HMBS CORAL HARBOUR, he was assigned to the Military Operations Platoon (MOP), where he served for approximately eleven years, before being he was assigned to the Administration Department.
