1:23 Nursing home residents in Onondaga County started receiving the COVID-19 vaccine this week as the pandemic continues to hit the elderly community particularly hard. Health Direct Pharmacy VP of Operations Dave Adsit says it’s a major undertaking. “Our team actually is administering vaccine doses within the patient’s room. That’s in their best interest that we do that.
