View Comments LEWES, Del. — Residents of Marsh Farms Estates and surrounding neighborhoods are protesting a crosswalk on Camp Arrowhead Road, in the Angola area of Lewes. The Delaware Department of Transportation announced Friday, May 21, it would install a flashing light to alert motorists of the crosswalk. The next day, about 20 people protested at the site, an S-curve partially surrounded by trees. “Putting a crosswalk on a curve, you can’t make a worse mistake,” said Marsh Farm Estates resident Dave Breen.
