The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, David Babayb affirmed that the Turkish state practices a policy of state terrorism against all components, ethnicities and religions in the region, and pointed out that Turkish support for terrorism poses a threat to global security and peace. He stressed that Turkey views all Kurdish organizations as ''terrorist'' because its policy is based on genocide.
