St. Petersburg consultant favors Sugar Hill, Hines-Rays' Tropicana Field plans
Mayor Ken Welch is expected to decide on which proposal they’re moving forward with by the end of the month. Meanwhile, consultants hired by the city chose Sugar Hill and Hines/Tampa Bay Rays as the two best options that fit the city’s wants and needs.
