SUSPENDED senior officials at Harare City Council and Chitungwiza Municipality with pending court cases are continuing to carry out official duties despite a clear Government directive that they stay away from work until their cases are finalised. The Herald understands that Harare recently reinstated town clerk Engineer Hosiah Chisango and human capital director Mr Cainos Chingombe, while Chitungwiza housing director Ms Hazel Sithole, Engineer David Duma and housing manager Alex Mukweva, are alleged to be back at work as well. ....
