Posted by Jake McElveen The regularly scheduled February meeting of the Clarendon County Council began as usual with introductory remarks, an invocation, the pledge of allegiance, and approval of the agenda as well as January’s minutes.  Following this, the Council moved to item 6, a Proclomation for Reverend O’Donald Dingle by Preston Stukes.
