Crytek will launch a major update for its competitive multiplayer FPS Hunt: Showdown on August 15. It will include an engine upgrade that will cause it to lose Xbox One and PS4 support.
Crytek has revealed the free Hunt Showdown PS5 upgrade release date, but it will mark the end for the PS4 version.
There'll be more details teased in weekly updates between now and mid-August.
Crytek's multiplayer shooter is upgrading to CryEngine 5.11, as a result of which it will no longer be supported on last-gen consoles.
