Who can claim credit for perhaps the greatest artistic crime in Austin? This is a story about trying to inspire strangers – and committing some crimes to do it. On the train bridge that goes across Lady Bird Lake, just east of Lamar, there's some graffiti. Some of it is your average garbage, but other pieces stand out.
