Judge Won't DQ Paul Hastings, Says Coke Knew Conflict Risk
A Florida federal judge on Monday denied Coca-Cola Co.'s request to disqualify Paul Hastings from representing a beverage cooling business in a $100 million trade secrets suit against the soft drink giant, saying that even though it is a firm client, Coca-Cola "understood and consented to Paul Hastings serving as counsel to an opposing party in future litigation matters."
