Tuesday, January 26, 2021 Jo Ann (Agee) Kappel, 61, passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2021, at her home in Nevada, Mo., following months of treatment for Cancer. Jo Ann was born Aug. 27, 1959, in Nevada, Mo., the daughter of Stafford and Judith Agee. She married Randall Kappel of Joplin, Mo., on Sept. 24, 1994, in Joplin. She grew up in Nevada and Kansas City, Mo., attending Brian and Nevada Jr./Sr. High before moving to Kansas City graduating in 1977, from Hickman Mills High School. Both David Ware and Matthew Hall will be in court at 9:30 a.m. for an evidentiary hearing.
