Man Accused Of Shooting, Killing Tulsa Police Officer To Appear In Court Monday The two men involved in the shooting of two Tulsa Police officers last summer are set to appear in court Monday. Both David Ware and Matthew Hall will be in court at 9:30 a.m. for an evidentiary hearing.
