A Pike County couple have been charged with several counts of child abuse related crimes. 35-year-old Niccole C Smith of Fish and Game Road was arrested and charged December 17th with M-1 Obstructing Justice and F-2, Child Endangerment in reference to an ongoing criminal case, where her husband, David E Smith, was arrested and charged with felonies that include Rape, Pandering Obscenities Harmful to Juveniles and Child Endangerment. The children in this case are safe and out of harm’s way.
