Daytona beach, brunswick, atlanta, charleston. not too many tornadoes just the hail threat. then this pesky storm is going to head up to the carolina, charleston, myrtle beach, eventually towards rally. here's the bad news, this storm is looking to head more up the coast instead of out to sea. that mean a st. patrick's day rainstorm. the parade in new york city starts at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow. it does look like the rain will be moving in with it. boston, good chance for the parade at 1:00 p.m. in boston. soggy, at least it will be warm. it's not going to be a cold rain. temperatures will be uppe...
