So here's another satellite perspective. but this supertyphoon is super no more, thank goodness. supertyphoon means maximum sustained winds of 150 miles per hour -- one-five-oh. they are down dramatically now. at one point, when it raked over the fill peeps, it had maximum sustained winds of 190, gusts to 235. so right now, it is right here in the south china sea, heading towards vietnam. it will just cruise the coast of vietnam. look at the stats and how dramatically weakened it has been. it's all relative. but maximum sustained winds down from 190 to 115, gusts to 145. so here's the timeline...
