Thomsen named new Moberly assistant superintendent, Diehl honored at Ameren Missouri Moberly Monitor-Index Dr. Bryan Thomsen is named as the new Moberly Public School District's Assistant Superintendent over Human Resources, Special Programs and the Title IX Coordinator beginning July 1. The Moberly Board of Education on April 20 announced Thomsen to be Dr. Dustin Fanning's successor in this position as Fanning was named last month as the district's new superintendent. According to a Moberly school distirct press release issued late Tuesday afternoon, Dr. Thomsen has 20 years of experience in teaching and administration including nine years as superintendent for North Callaway R-1 Schools and, most recently, at Oak Grove R-VI Schools.
