About how to fund government fwhl november 18th. the big usual you've about how much the government will spend through the fiscal year 2012, that was taken care of with debt limits. that's what has caused the government shut-downs in the past. with this amount of money, how much is appropriated to certain agencies. specifically in this debate. fema. and disaster relief. republicans say, look, we're going to give a billion dollars right away. $2.65 billion over the course of the year. that is more than the president requested from last year. and it is more than enough to do it this time around....
