Crest Insurance Group Acquires SpringbergMcAndrew in Arizona July 12, 2021 Crest Insurance Group has acquired SpringbergMcAndrew Insurance in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. Principal Mike McAndrew joined the firm in 1989. McAndrew and longtime co-owner Brian Springberg have since grown the company to one of the largest firms in Mohave County.
