Work not up to mark, Panchkula Municipal Corporation panel blacklists 6 firms
The Finance and Contract Committee (F&CC) of the local municipal corporation today blacklisted six companies for not executing allotted works properly and imposed a penalty of 10 per cent of the project cost on them.
