Chanda Kocchar and her husband Deepak Kocchar were arrested in the loan fraud on December 23 last year.
The court noted that he is still in Aurangabad hospital's ICU where he was taken by an air ambulance on January 20 this year after his release from prison. The court called the situation peculiar and extraordinary and said his prayer will have to be allowed.
The trio were arrested in connection with a loan fraud case concerning ICICI Bank and Videocon.
The Kocchars were arrested by the CBI (Central Board of Investigation) in connection with alleged corruption case of INR 3250 crore provided by ICICI to Videocon Group, , icici bank, chanda d kochhar, videocon industries, prevention of corruption act
