The Delhi high court (HC) recently granted a permanent injunction in favour of Indiamart Intermesh and restrained one Sameer Samim Khan from using the mark 'Indiamart'. Mr Khan, who allegedly tried to misguide the public by posing as Indiamart's representative and offering them work-from-home job opportunities, is also directed to pay Rs10 lakh punitive damages to the company.
