A former Inspector-General of Police (I-G) Mr Mike Okiro, said Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress( APC) presidential candidate has the the ability of fixing the country considering his proven track records as a Governor of Lagos State.
Mr Okiro said Mr Tinubu requested that he should be posted to Lagos as commissioner in 1999 because of the activities of the Odua Peoples Congress (OPC) and criminal elements in the state at the time.
