PUBLIC rights of way exist all over the country, enabling members of the public to access a particular route at any time, writes Amy Clarkson, of Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors in Malton. Footpath closed A RIVERSIDE footpath in Monmouthshire has been closed as a matter of emergency following an increase in the number of walkers straying into a neighbouring firing range. Monmouthshire County Council has recently issued the emergency closure of the Severnside Range footpath, close to the Severn near Caldicot.
