02/02/21 A Coralville man faces a felony arson charge after police say he intentionally started a fire that sent one person to the hospital. According to Coralville Police, 36-year-old Dustin Corey is accused of intentionally starting a fire last summer at 900 21st Avenue Place. Firefighters were called to the scene around 7:30pm on July 20th for a structure fire. The fire was contained to the apartment of origin and roof area of the building, but other attached units sustained smoke and water damage.
