Norton Rose Fulbright names Middle East head Jan 29, 2021 By Nik Pratt Global law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright, has appointed Mohammed Paracha as head of Middle East. He currently leads the firm’s banking and finance practice in Dubai as well its Islamic finance division in the Middle East and Africa. Paracha succeeds Deirdre Walker who has led the Middle East since 2017 and will stay with the firm as a disputes partner.
