A man is facing several charges after a juvenile was killed and two others were injured in a serious crash early Thursday morning in Fayetteville.
The Marietta Police Department has named 32-year-old Artavian Leon Brown as the driver suspected of hitting a Marietta Police cruiser with his vehicle and then fleeing the scene.
According to police, officers were investigating an accident on I-75 Northbound near Delk Road around 2:45 a.m.
