A government decision that could force councils to return to face-to-face meetings from next month has been met with criticism and concern across much of Lancashire. Ministers have said that powers introduced last year enabling local authorities to stage remote meetings as a result of the pandemic will end, as planned, on 6th May. DENBIGHSHIRE County Council is informing residents of a temporary traffic order set to be put in place in the county. DCC has made an order prohibiting vehicles using the Cyffylliog to Cefn Iwrch road at Cyffylliog, in the County of Denbigh. The road extends eastward from its junction with Cyffylliog to Bontuchel to its junction with Fachlwyd Junction to Bryn Llwyd, for a distance of approximately 490m.
